At Suunto, we stand by the quality of our sports watches and dive computers, offering a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. If your gear doesn't meet your performance needs, we've simplified the process to get you back to your adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals and accessories, ensuring it is securely packed for transport.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear any old shipping labels from the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
